Dear Parents/Gaurdians,

Studies indicate that dress attire has been a significant factor in improved academic achievement and student behavior. We believe that adoption of mandatory dress attire has promoted school safety, improved discipline and enhanced the learning environment.

The following Dress Attire will remain in effect for the 2003-2004 school year at Bassette. Students will be required to follow the dress attire guidelines Monday though Friday. There will be NO Spirt Day or jeans worn on Friday.
